This ceiling fan almost fell off the ceiling. Using a ceiling fan compression bar, the fan will never fall off the ceiling again.

Broken Ice maker in high end fridge burned out controller board. Ice maker jammed up and overloaded the icemaker power chip on the control board. Unusual but can happen.

Dishwasher stopped cleaning. The filter became clogged because cutting blade failed. Figured out how to repair instead of replacing the whole dishwasher.
Reverse Osmosis Filters are a must have, they produce clean great tasting drinking water. And they help reduce waste with plastic bottles. I can install one for you.

Owner was very happy that I fixed the sticking doors in their 1940's vintage home. Although the doors do need a complete replacement, I provided a fix to save the doors a for a few more years.

Cleaned up a total wiring mess with an in-ground hot tub. Pump, heater, blower, air control valves. All up and running! I guess my Electrical engineering degree paid off here
Bathroom Fan Vent Repair. It's the motor that fails. No need to replace the whole unit. Some bath fans are permanently attached to the ceiling joist with hidden flanges and require using a reciprocating saw to cut the nails to remove. Doing so may also cause damage to the ceiling which may require patching and painting after the new unit is installed. I can retrofit with a new motor instead, saving costs.

Leaky faucet valves? These pics are for a shower but applies sink valves too. I found trying to fix existing old valves with a new seal/gasket/o-ring etc, will eventually leak again. Better to replace the whole valve stem. A lot of replacement valve stems can be found at local hardware stores. And are not to hard to replace. However you may need the correct tools.
Everyone needs extra storage. Metal storage sheds are a great way to go. They are cheap and last for many years. I can help you figure out your needs using a metal shed and install it for you.
