My specialty is to fix all the small aggravating problems and failures that you may have within or outside your home. As well as install new stuff that you may need or like to have.
General Fix and Install

Fix basic plumbing/diagnose. Toilet Leaks, faucets, garbage disposals, water heater replacement

Assemble complicated furniture kits. Did you try and build your furniture yourself and failed. I can assemble it.

Need a reverse osmosis(RO) filter system? This is a must have. You order it from Amazon with my help, and I can install it for you.
Fix Electrical

Diagnose and fix electrical faults in your home, tripped breakers, problem wiring, etc.

Fix or replace Light fixtures, in house, porch, garage, driveway, etc.

Fix bathroom vents/fans.

Change outlets, 2 to 3 prong receptacles with GFCI receptacles. Buy a pack on Amazon and I will replace.

Install new furnace thermostats and teach you how to program them. With PGE prices increasing, it is a good idea to program your furnace/AC to shut off periodically instead of running all day and night.

Fix Appliances

Repair most appliances. Stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, heater furnaces, refrigerators. I may be able to repair your older appliances, keep them living longer and save you some money. I am very resourceful finding affordable repair parts if needed.

Fix all mishaps with your computers, printers, TV programming, connections and all the other complicated stuff that you may not understand. I can get you up and running when you can’t figure it out yourself. I can teach you how to use all these profound and complicated devices.

Install Wireless security cameras, doorbell cameras, and convert to a smart home step by step.
Fix Pools, SPAs, Hot Tubs

Fix your old hot tub (for example replace Spa control panel). Troubleshoot, repair or replace pool pumps, filter system and heaters.

Fix most all recreational vehicle problems. Electrical problems, battery drain issues, plumbing, water heaters, gas leaks, and overall failures.
